CLASS SCHEDULE:

 

HIIT 30: Get twice the results in half the time! This High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class combines functional movements with cardio intervals to help your burn more calories and fat in less time. 

Times offered:

Monday - Friday | 12PM - 12:30PM
Monday - Thursday | 5:15PM - 5:45PM
 

HIIT 30 CYCLE: HIIT30 Cycle is a perfect class for those looking to improve their cycling performance while losing body fat and building lean muscle. You will get a great cardiovascular workout as your instructor guides you over steep hills, fast flats, and speed intervals.

Times offered:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 12PM - 12:30PM and 12:35PM - 1:05PM

 

YOGA RESET 30: This express Yoga class is a great workout and will help you push the “reset” button on your day.  We begin with sun salutations and standing poses to increase your heart rate and build strength, and then move to the floor to work on improving flexibility and mobility.  We emphasize developing a steady, meditative focus that will help you eliminate distractions and manage stress. This class is suitable for students of all levels; yoga beginners are welcome! Come see how even a quick yoga routine can shift you into a better frame of mind for the rest of your day!

Tuesday & Thursday | 12PM-12:30PM
