September Pasta Cooking Classes


Jim and Franco Rua will host September Pasta Cooking Classes at Cafe Capriccio Mondays at 6:30 PM beginning September 4. Jim and Franco will be demonstrating how pasta lovers can enjoy easily prepared, fast and economical pasta meals using pick up ingredients available in neighborhood food stores and, of course, in super markets now established within minutes from just about anywhere. Classes are limited to 12 participants.

On September 4:

  • First we will make Fresh Pasta, Tagliatelle
  • Then we will make a delicious green-garden salad  using the freshest ingredients
  • Next we will prepare sauces and ingredients, including the Mother Sauce, Filetto di Pomodoro, Start to Finish in 10 minutes
  • Pasta with Asparagus, Cream and Parmesan
  • Pasta with White Beans, Escarole, and Chicken Broth
  • Pasta with Calamari, Capers & Olives
  • Dessert
