Albany City Hall will host a panel discussion on Entrepreneurship, Small Businesses & MWBE (Minority and/or Women - Owned Business Enterprise) on July 19 from 5:00 - 7:00 PM. Free and open to the public.

Intro to Long Form Improv Class


Albany Improv will host an Intro to Long Form Improv class, with graduation show, beginning July 26 at Dali Mamma. No prior improv experience necessary.

Classes will meet at Cafe Dali Mamma from 7:00 to 9:00 PM on the following Tuesdays: July 26, August 2, August 9 and August 16 with a final performance on Thursday, August 18 at Albany's Lark Tavern.

Explore 2.5 miles of historic downtown Albany as a pair of Albany Public Library running librarians lead you and a small group of participants on a narrated history run through our city! If you can comfortably run an 11 minute mile (5.5 mph) over 2.5 miles, you'll have no problem keeping up. We'll take three short breaks at historic points along the way.
