A Taxi Stand will be located on the east side of North Pearl Street between Steuben Place and Columbia Street; regular hours of operation will be Fridays and Saturdays from 6:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Cabs from Buzzy's Taxi, Capitaland Taxi, Duffy's Taxi and Yellow Cab will line-up at the stand throughout the evening, offering convenient first-come, first-served access to transportation without the need to call for service. The new Taxi Stand will be the official drop-off and pick-up location for all cab service in downtown Albany.

Note: The Taxi Stand service will be available on Thursday nights during the Alive at Five concert series, June 5- August 15 (no concert on July 3).
The Taxi Stand service pilot program will continue through mid fall.
