80 State Street is a twelve story building at the corner of State and Pearl Streets in Albany.  The Building is wired for direct fiber optic service and has high speed internet access provided through several carriers. We offer 24 hour staffed security supplemented by closed circuit cable television. There is a health facility with aerobic equipment, weights, universal gym, flat screen TVs,  men’s and women’s lockers and showers, all available to tenants only. There are on site banking facilities, 5 state of the art, destination dispatch system passenger elevators, and Fed Ex and UPS pick up facilities.

Parking is available for building tenants at favorable rates at the parking garage located at 13 South Pearl Street, across the street from the building.
