EAST PARKING GARAGE (OGS)

Located at Madison Avenue and Philip Street. This parking garage is open to the public during special events, and to Office of General Services employees for daily parking.

There are four ways to enter the East Garage: Via the tunnel under the Empire State Plaza; Philip Street at Madison (Main Office on First Floor); Philip coming up from Grand Street; and Eagle Street at Madison. There is an OGS attendant on duty from 6 a.m. – 7 p.m., the lot is also patrolled by State Police. There is a covered tunnel walkway from level 2 of the East Parking Garage that leads to the Empire State Plaza with emergency call boxes located along the way.
