Parish Public House hosts Hilltop on Saturday, May 13 at 8:00 PM. Joined by Vertices.

Over the past five years, Hilltop has made a name for themselves with carefully crafted originals, mind bending improvisation & fun, diverse covers. Each member offers a proficient, unique approach to their instrument that defines the musical experience. This band of young musicians is eager to spread their music and continues to engage crowds wherever they go.

Vertices is a four piece jam band, formed in Rochester, New York in 2022. They are an independent group that has a strong focus on instrumental music with high energy, and an emphasis on improvisation. Vertices' goal is to create unique, creative, and powerful music all while presenting a live experience that is new and different each and every time.

Vertices' first release, "Could've Been Worse", as well as their subsequent releases "Unwound" and "Waxcap", dropped during the summer of 2022 along with video of the band live at Small Cove Studios. Through these initial releases, Vertices demonstrates not only their technical ability as instrumentalists, but an entirely unique fusion of sounds that only this group can bring to the table.
