About

On Saturday, June 15, the Alice Moore Black Arts and Cultural Center’s Juneteenth Freedom Festival is returning to S Pearl Street in Albany, celebrating 20 years! This joyous community celebration of Black freedom features music and entertainment, family activities, delicious food and beverages, and pop-up vendors. Opening ceremonies kick off at Noon, with the arrival of the African Heritage Parade, as it finishes its march down Madison Avenue after embarking at 11:00 a.m. in Washington Park.

Vendors

We are creating a Juneteenth to remember, and we know that our event vendors are a vital part of the experience. We are looking for vendors who can offer food, non-alcoholic beverages, handmade goods, art, and family-friendly activities, as well as valuable community resources.
