Blessed Body Fitness Studio hosts Men's Sport and Fitness Pole on Saturday, October 7 at 4:00-5:30 PM.

 

Conditioning and drill heavy. This class is specially designed for men and focuses heavily on the strength and acrobatics of pole. You will be coached through a collection of moves and sequences and taught proper technique until it becomes second nature. You will be barefoot for this class. Please wear shorts.
