Certified instructors from The Hot Yoga Spot will lead one-hour classes perfect for everyone from beginners to experienced yogis each week. Just remember to bring your own yoga mat and water.

Rain location: In the event of inclement weather, classes will be held at OMNI Fitness Center, located at 54 State Street, Floor 2, just a few steps away from SUNY Plaza. Enter the building from State Street, and after riding the elevator to the second floor, turn right and proceed to the end of the hall toward the large blue sign. The door will be on your left.
