Precision Fitness is an appointment-only, one-on-one personal training studio that also offers nutrition counseling, injury rehabilitation, and exercise programs for pain management.
Fitness assessments, weight loss consultations, and strength training are all offered as well as body movement corrections and programs designated for individuals with chronic diseases and disabilities.
All personal training is performed by Lena Hart, who is ACE Ceritifed and has over twenty years of experience in the fitness industry.

UAlbany Urban Planning Students Present Plans for Downtown Revitalization
In Fall 2017, students from the undergraduate program in Urban Studies and Planning at the University at Albany participated in an intensive community development project focused on revitalizing Downtown Albany. The course was taught by Dr. Carlos Balsas, AICP. Students researched six different themes: Land use and public space, transportation and circulation, housing, community development and engagement, business, and governance.
