September in the City
The City of Albany presents the 2017 September in the City Art Fair series. The Art Fair will be held each Thursday of September from 11:30 AM - 2:00 PM in downtown Albany’s DiNapoli Park (Broadway & Pine Street).
September in the City is a midday showcase for local art, music and culture, featuring exhibits and work available for purchase from regional mixed media artists and crafters, with a different live musical act providing the soundtrack each week.
Albany Center Gallery | Future 40 Gala
Albany Center Gallery (ACG) will host the Future 40 Gala from 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at the Renaissance Albany Hotel, located at 144 State Street.
By attending ACG's annual gala, you will play an important role in keeping visual art alive in a revitalized downtown Albany, as well as contributing directly to our region’s rich culture, economic livelihood, and history.

Book Signing at the USS Slater | Martin Irons
Author Martin Irons will be on hand at USS SLATER from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM Sunday, August 27th, for the release of his new book, Phalanx Against the Divine Wind. Joining him will be surviving families of two local sailors who were killed during the largest kamikaze attack of World War 2.
