Ryan Jankow, President & Founder | Jankow Companies 

Ryan Jankow is the Founder and President of Jankow Companies, a fully integrated real estate development firm specializing in the acquisition, development, ownership, and management of multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial properties. Since founding the company in 2009, he has led the development and revitalization of more than $300 million in real estate assets and grown the firm's portfolio to more than 1,000 apartment units across New York's Capital Region.

Ryan has been recognized by the Albany Business Review as a 40 Under 40 honoree, a Power 50 recipient, and, in 2025, led Jankow Companies to Developer of the Year and Best in Show honors in the publication's Best Real Estate Deals awards. A graduate of the University at Albany, he serves on the Board of Directors for University at Albany Athletics and is co-owner of Bloom Boutique Bar & Eatery.

Ruth Mahoney, Executive Vice President & President Wealth Management | NBT Bank 

Ruth H. Mahoney joined the Company as Executive Vice President and President of Wealth Management in 2021. She has more than 35 years of industry experience, including wealth management, private banking, retail banking and regional leadership. Her executive responsibilities at NBT include developing the company's wealth management strategies and overseeing the trust, investment, Private Bank and retirement services lines of business. Prior to joining the Company, she was Key Bank's Capital Region Market President, leading the Retail and Wealth businesses, Client and Community efforts in the region. She also held leadership positions with Bank of America and Fleet Bank.

A graduate of Marist College with a bachelor's degree in business administration and marketing, Ruth lends her leadership abilities to many organizations. She serves as co-chair of the Regional Economic Development Council, as former Chair for the Capital Region Chamber of Commerce, as a board member for Albany Medical Center and the New York State Teachers' Retirement System, and serves on the New York State Bankers Association Board. She has earned many recognitions and was included on the Albany Business Review's Power 50 Lists published in 2024, 2022 and 2021. She also received the Woman of Excellence Award from the Capital Region Chamber of Commerce, Women Who Mean Business Award from the Albany Business Review, named “Athena” by the Dutchess County Chamber of Commerce, the Executive of the Year Award from the Capital Region Business Review, the Women of Distinction Award from the United Way of Westchester and Putnam, the Most Powerful Women in Banking Team Award from American Banker. Ruth was inducted into the Capital Region Business Hall of Fame in 2024 and received the Chamber Champion Award by the Capital Region Chamber of Commerce in 2025.

Robert Schofield, Managing Partner | Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP 

Robert Schofield is a partner in Whiteman Osterman & Hanna’s Labor and Employment Law, Education, and Litigation, Arbitration and Mediation Practice Groups.  His areas of expertise include public and private sector labor and employment issues, education law, and general litigation, as well as State Court practice.  Mr. Schofield has been with Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP since 2000 and currently serves as the Firm's Managing Partner.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Schofield was the law clerk to the Hon. Justices Bernard J. Malone, Jr. and Joseph Harris of the New York Supreme Court, and previously served as an Appellate Court Attorney for the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Department.  Mr. Schofield graduated, magna cum laude, from Syracuse University College of Law, where he was an editor of the Syracuse Law Review.  He holds a Master of Public Administration degree from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree from Plattsburgh State University. He is admitted to practice in New York and in the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.  He is a member of the Appellate Division, 3rd Department’s Committee on Character and Fitness, which governs the admission of attorneys.  He is listed in the upstate editions of Best Lawyers in America and New York Super Lawyers.  He is the Best Lawyers in America 2021 Lawyer of the Year in the practice area of Employment Law - Management, in Albany.
