Hattie’s has partnered with the Social Enterprise and Training Center (SEAT) to transform the restaurant into a hands-on classroom, where students gain real-world experience in both back-of-house and front-of-house hospitality while serving guests during live dinner service.

 

Introducing Hattie’s Culinary Lab — operating every Thursday and Friday evening with two seatings at 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Enjoy a prix fixe menu under $40, featuring a blend of Hattie’s signature Southern favorites and globally inspired dishes crafted to expand each student-chef’s culinary skill set.
