Blessed Body Fitness hosts Beginner 1 Pole on January 11 from 5:30-7:00 PM.
After the "Intro to pole" class, you are ready for the beginner's class. In this class, you will improve body awareness, build strength, and learn basic pole techniques. You will learn spins, transitions and floor work and work on climbing the pole. Wear shorts, a t-shirt or sports bra, and barefoot or a comfortable pair of heels.
