Blessed Body Fitness hosts Intro to Pole on Monday, March 13 from 5:30 PM-7:00 PM.
Intro is the first step in your pole journey at Blessed Body Fitness studio. You will be guided through pole basics, walks, grips, and more. Wear shorts, a t-shirt or sports bra, and barefoot or a comfortable pair of heels. Please do not wear any lotion or oil on your body, as it may cause pole slips.
