Whether you're looking for a weekend recharge before enjoying some Downtown shopping and dining, or a chance to stretch out on a mid-week lunch break, State Street Yoga is here for you! Certified instructors will lead one-hour classes perfect for everyone from beginners to experienced yogis each week. Just remember to bring your own yoga mat and water.

State Street Yoga is presented by the Downtown Albany Business Improvement District in association with the State University of New York.
Ground rules: Alcoholic beverages, glass containers, and dogs or animals (excluding certified service or therapy animals) are not permitted at the event. Please do not attend the event if you have tested positive or display any symptoms of COVID-19, or if you have been in close contact with anyone that has tested positive in the past 14 days. If unvaccinated, please practice social distancing and wear a mask in compliance with current New York State and CDC safety guidelines. COVID-19 is still a risk and attendees acknowledge that they are responsible for their own safety at the event.
