UN-ARCHIVE is a multi-faceted exhibition which highlights local collectors’ collections, ACG’s archive, and the artwork of several long-time members of the gallery. The show revolves around the idea of looking back, digging into the archives to find hidden gems.

Broken up into three parts, the first set of work features artwork from private collections of local arts patrons. Through the years, these patrons of the arts have amassed collections that feature diverse and unique pieces from local, regional, and internationally renowned artists. It is a rare opportunity to own one of these pieces at an affordable price.

The second set of work is from ACG’s own archive of work which has been donated to the gallery over the years going as far back as the 1970s. The work spans the full history of ACG’s exhibited artists and showcases a wide range of mediums. The work will be available for purchase and is a chance to get a piece of ACG history.

The final set of work is made up of twenty-four invited ACG Members and long-servicing champions of space. ACG invites these twenty-four artists as an opportunity to show appreciation for all their time and energy supporting ACG, so we can continue our mission of highlighting regional creative talents. These artists have been with the gallery for many years in different capacities and we wanted to highlight their work.
