Traffic Advisory:
Starting January 1, 2025, the speed limit on all City of Albany streets will be reduced to 25 MPH.

Parking Restrictions:

Beginning on Tuesday, April 29th at 12:00 a.m. until 11:59 p.m. parking will be restricted on the west side of North Pearl Street from Wilson Street to Clinton Avenue for event parking.

Beginning on Tuesday, April 29th at 6:00 a.m. until Monday, June 30th at 6:00 p.m. parking will be restricted on the west side of James Street from Columbia Street to Steuben Street for public safety.

Beginning on Wednesday, April 30th at 12:00 a.m. until 11:59 p.m. parking will be restricted on the west side of North Pearl Street (11) spaces north of Sheridan Avenue for event buses. 

Beginning on Thursday, May 1st at 7:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. parking will be restricted on the following streets for Court of Appeals:
-Both sides of Eagle Street from Pine Street to Elk Street 
-The north side of Elk Street from #11 to Hawk Street 
-The south side of Elk Street OPP 312 west to Hawk Street 

Beginning on Thursday, May 1st at 7:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. parking will be restricted on both sides of State Street from #323 to #313 for AWD.

Beginning on Friday, May 2nd at 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. parking will be restricted on the west side of North Pearl Street from Orange Street south (4) spaces and on the south side of Orange Street from Chapel Street to North Pearl Street for funeral vehicles.

Beginning on Friday, May 2nd at 6:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. parking will be restricted on both sides of Elk Street from driveway OPP #55 west (8) spaces for AWD.
