Just before the PearlPalooza music festival, a team of instructors from The Hot Yoga Spot will instruct and assist this free 60-minute yoga class that is perfect for all levels.
$5 parking available at ParkAlbany's Riverfront, Quackenbush, and Green-Hudson Garages.
